Terms & Conditions Including Product Returns
When you use "This Website" and any of its related or linking sites, you agree to the terms
and conditions that are listed below, and the specified terms mentioned in the individual
product descriptions. "This Website" is that named domain seen in the Address Bar of your
browser above and when you click this link, the home page of This Website is identified. In
particular, purchasing and shipping products that are on this site creates an agreement
between you (the buyer), the site owner, This Website, and its parent company, SoDev CPS,
LLC. The agreement also includes the restrictions of individual manufacturers who govern
their own policies involving the return of any of their products. SoDev CPS, LLC and its related
websites and linking partners have no control over the policies of manufacturers, but makes
every effort to accurately convey those policies prior to your making a purchase.
RETURNS : If a manufacturer’s “Return Policy” is not otherwise shown on one of its products,
it means that this product “CANNOT BE RETURNED” (except when damaged). However,
sometimes such products may be returnable, so contact us if in doubt - BEFORE ORDERING.
When returns are permitted, the customer picks up the costs of and arranges for shipment
back - directly to the manufacturer - and only after email or written authorization has been first
obtained. Most manufacturers who accept returns require that PRODUCTS MUST BE
RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. So SAVE ALL SHIPPING
BOXES & PACKAGING. If accepted, there is a 20% restocking fee. Manufacturers will provide
free parts or replacements for damaged or missing products. Some provide a direct Toll Free
Telephone number (which comes with the product) so you can get them quickly and directly
from the product’s maker.
DAMAGE: If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented
with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you
inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN
accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box
shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home
deliveries that are “curbside” - meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home.
In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the
package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on his
delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery. In all such damage or potential damage cases,
in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify This Website within 3
business days by phone or email.
PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY SAFETY: SoDev CPS, LLC neither designs, manufactures or ships
any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or
guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about
whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items.
Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the
manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be
noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be
described to SoDev CPS, LLC within 3 days. Assume that suspected damage may create a
potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product.

THOSE PRODUCTS! IF THERE ARE NO EXPLICIT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS, DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE OR USE ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THEM. This Website
will help you obtain any missing instructions or warnings.
Prices Subject to Change, Site Inaccuracies, Errors, Discontinuations. This Site may have

Terms & Conditions at Checkout
You will be asked to accept or reject the following terms and conditions at Checkout. Please

1. Sales Tax: Is collected only on orders delivered to South Carolina.
2. Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. You can
order & pay by credit card online or by phone, fax, email, or US mail – or you can send in a
check or wire funds directly (contact us for details). Shipping charges are also collected in
advance.
3. Cancellations: Can only be made before an order is in production less a $25 Cancellation
fee. Cancellation of custom orders already in production are at the discretion of the
Manufacturer, who may refuse return or require a large restocking fee, even before delivery is
made. All prepaid shipping fees are, of course, refunded in the event of cancellation before
shipment.
4. Colors & Textures: Completion of an order constitutes a waiver of any claim due to
dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures, stains & grains. You are encouraged to review
samples of actual fabrics or finishes before ordering. When a manufacturer does not supply
samples in advance, and you are unsure of colors and textures, This Website advises that you
try and find and then examine a fabric or product at a retail store before ordering online or
through This Website.
5. Seat & Table Heights: On products where the height is critical, posted heights may vary plus
or minus 1-2 inches from that described on the product, based on manufacturer variations,
and may be slightly higher or lower based on the composition (wood, cushion, and/or metal).
Also, while This Website may provide guidance in making seat & table height determinations,
you are entirely responsible for accurately measuring your precise height needs, which are
based not only on standard determinations, but also on the intended product user(s).
6. Return Policies: Return policies are set and entirely determined by the manufacturers of
products This Website offers. If no return policy is displayed on the product itself, then you
have 2 options: (1) Contact SoDev CPS, LLC for specific return limitations BEFORE ORDERING
or (2) Assume that the product cannot be returned unless damaged (in shipment) or defective.
When returns are permissible by a manufacturer and there is no damage, you are responsible
for the cost of shipment back to that manufacturer plus 20% restocking fee.
7. Damage/Potential Damage: When a box arrives, whether by UPS, FedEx or Common Carrier
(other truck), you are responsible for IMMEDIATELY determining whether the (1) box is
damaged or (2) if the product inside is damaged. When you sign for a package without any
further WRITTEN comment, you are waiving ALL rights that both you, This Website AND the
MANUFACTURER have to claim freight damage. Often boxes appear damaged on the outside,
but the products, which are carefully packed for shipping by the manufacturers, are fine inside.
However, if you see that, and cannot open the box, you must write that down with the delivery
person when you sign for that delivery. Sometimes a box is simply left outside on your
doorstep. In all cases, open boxes IMMEDIATELY and carefully inspect for damage. If you find
damage, notify This Website IMMEDIATELY by email and follow up by phone. You may have
as little as 2 and as many as 5 business days to report damage, and begin the process of
making a damage claim.
8. Inside Delivery or Liftgate Fees: May apply if you receive a common carrier (truck) delivery
to a residential location, or if you require assistance with "inside delivery." You will be
